Many exit companies will want you to sign up immediately for their services, and our team does not agree with this. You were pressured when you bought your first timeshare. Why would you want to spend thousands upfront and feel the same pressure again? Let us know if you think this is a great sales strategy by the company.

Omni Ellis representatives told us that they can take on any timeshare. They also gave us a contract without ever evaluating our case. We don’t approve of this because it is so improbable that they will cancel a timeshare contract. Companies that want your money and rush to get it should be avoided. Omni Ellis, a timeshare owner would be able to get rid of timeshares.

Timeshares have no value anymore due to the low prices of hotels and other travel outlets. Omni Ellis doesn’t use attorneys. As we have said before, an attorney is the only way to legally get out of a timeshare agreement. Anyone should be cautious if a timeshare company is operating without an attorney. They are usually not legitimate. According to Omni Ellis specialists, the average time it takes to transfer a timeshare is between 3-12 months. It all depends on the details of your timeshare contract and the developer. Omni Ellis has very few TV and internet commercials. The commercial is not unusual, but it did mention that Omni Ellis has helped more than 15,000 timeshare owners to get out of their contracts, a high success rate is always a good sign for a timeshare transfer or exit company. Omni Ellis did not provide any explanations about the process they use to transfer or extinguish your timeshare. However, they do offer a free consultation.
